For more than 45 years, Total Health Care has provided medical care in Baltimore. By working with community and national healthcare groups, they continue to grow services and programs to better the lives of patients. With the introduction of the Affordable Care Act, Total Health Care was starting to lose market share, and needed a brand refresh to penetrate the market and attract new customers while still being the provider of choice for their existing patients.
GDI developed a new brand platform that tied existing brand attributes with a fresh and new inviting look. This started with developing and focus group testing the new brand id and new tagline, that would unite with the internal team of THC and connect with the diverse group of vendors and patients. We then integrated the new brand platform into the 10 centers, corporate vehicles and strategic outreach campaign, that consisted of print and online mediums and internal campaigns to drive the brand the initiative internally, creating brand ambassadors.
