The Women of Color (WOC) STEM Conference recognizes outstanding women in the STEM fields. It provides excellent opportunities for professional development, networking, and recruiting. The conference focuses on the development of STEM women and ensures the prominence of the superior achievements and importance of these outstanding women in STEM to all conference participants.
The Women of Color STEM conference is a unique and innovative forum for connecting a multitude of attendees from top military, major corporate entities and individuals from all over the country. As the only company to host an event of this magnitude for the past 20 years, CCG reach out to GDI to see about they could help with the branding channels from marketing, outreach, collateral, programs and the whole eco-system of the annual conference.
GDI focused on creating a new brand platform to address the whole experience on a yearly basis - before, during and after the event. Our first step was to create one uniform brand experience and color structure that we can adapt annually to match a different conference theme every year. The result is a consistent branded campaign that ties together the touch points for selling out the innovative event, a uniform conference experience when attendees arrive, and tools from a dynamic web platform that handles all aspects of the conference and a mobile app to guide and inform the user what’s available while attending the conference.
